Hotel Policy

Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within six days prior to arrival date to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
In case of No Shows during high season a full charge of one night stay will be applied, otherwise a 50% fee charge will be made during other less important seasons, and a 30% fee charge during regular season.

Extra person Policy:
All extra person will have charge.

Kids Policy:
2 minors under 6 years old are considered free sharing room with two adults.

Pets Policy:
Sorry, no pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
